First of all I guess I should start by saying welcome to the blog! I'm probably going to be terrible at this, but I'll stick with what I know best and try to put some intense workouts on here., so stay tuned!
So I'm not usually one to make New Years Resolutions, and I definitely am not good at sticking to them past January. Therefore my solution to this is to make a one month goal I have to stick to- which will be to work out 5 days a week for the entire month of January.
Which means... I have one last day to rest before this all starts! And before all hell breaks lose when I start school again on Monday. Here goes nothing! I'll be posting at least 2 a week on here to keep me motivated.
